Call for Papers: EWMD Portugal National Conference

The European Women’s Management Development (EWMD) Portugal has opened a Call for Papers to their 1st National Conference to be held at 6 November 2009, in Lisbon. At the Conference, they will present a new approach to leadership.

Leadership based in strong moral & ethical values, which is the kind of leadership that can produce social change that will satisfy followers’ authentic needs. The role this “new leaders" have as changing agents inside the organizations will have a tremendous impact in the creation of economic, social and environmental value for the corporate stakeholders and might be the foundation for a truly sustainable and balanced development and the answer to the present world crisis.
